As an BDR, you are the first point of contact for customers, identify their problems and start new relationships with interested clients to convince them of our solution. You'll be responsible for establishing the sales pipeline, qualifying leads and developing acquisition strategies. What you do with us: Take responsibility for our customer pipeline from identifying and generating warm leads to prospecting interested customers during initial product presentations and sales conversationIdentify additional sales opportunities and manage relationships with customersApply best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbookHelp customers achieve maximum success along their lifetime journeyCommunicate with all levels of the organization to transfer customer insights into actionable tasks Your profile 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, sales development, business development or a similar roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and either German, Polish or another European LanguageYou feel comfortable in customer meetings and have the ability to captivate people Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksYou are curious, can quickly get excited about new things and have the ambition to continuously improve and develop yourself further Why us?
